Right before the ending of P3, Yuki finds out she's pregnant. That leads to Mako-chan furthering his ambition to protect her and his friends and accepts his fate in order to prorect the world. But during that year away from school, she also gives birth to a healthy baby boy WHO LOOKS SO MUCH LIKE MAKOTO. She knows she can't care for him, and it tears her apart as she gives him up for adoption. And no one knows until her shadow guilts her for her decision

She's also in Persona Q and is super overwhelmed seeing Mako-chan again and Yosuke ends up being really jealous cause she spends so much time with him. AT the end, Mako-chan has a heart-to-heart with Yosuke and tells her to make sure she's loved and to protect her.
