Tyr, Aegir

Shinoma are demons or spirits that are servants to higher spirits. They are summoned by sorcerers to follow their bidding, although normally invisible they can be bound to carefully crafted paper dolls to give them form. They can also possess animals and people in order to manipulate them. A shinoma with a weak master may go out of control, gaining its own will and possibly killing them. Such is the case with the Tyr twins who where pulled from their demonic domain to act as a type of homunculi to an alchemist who thought that putting his faith in sorcery would help him bypass the need for science. 

Both of the twins had lived normal lives within their hellish haven before a certain alchemist had decided to summon and bound their souls to two paper hearts in order for them to serve him. Of course no demon likes being bound to a single human master and the said could be said for the twins who found themselves quickly growing with power with each passing day. It wasn't long before the two realized just exactly how powerful they where compared to their mortal master.

In no time the twins hatched a plan in order to finally break their mortal binds in order to gain their own freedom to wander the earth. A plan which came to light when the Alchemist's grandchildren came to visit. The two took over the teen's body with ease and killed the alchemist, thus freeing them. They forced the twin's souls out completely after that and thus claimed their bodies as their own - the only thing that they kept form their "previous life" was the paper in which their spirits where bound to, choosing to wear them as eyepatches or accessories... if one was to look closely they would notice that even their pupils resemble hearts, when questioned they merely play it off as though it's through contacts. 

Although Aegir is the less sociable of the two he does seem to have more apathy towards humans than Apsu does. This did seem to help them weasel their way out of the 'sudden' mysterious death of their beloved 'grandfather' with the police. Surprisingly the two where able to take enough of the twin's memories to pull it off that they where actually the twins in question; thus they where able to pick up where their lives 'left off' with a few personality adjustments of course.

Being the more sociable of the two, Apsu was able to obtain them a mortal job shortly after their beloved 'grandfather' had passed away due to a mysterious death. With the memories of the twins he managed to cut ties with former friends and move town but still kept connections to make it appear as though things where still normal. Things seemed to be going well for them until Apsu quickly realized that the twins that they took over both had significant others that needed to be death with.

• Although they weren't siblings in the Hellish Haven, they very much act and are so now.
• Both have demonic forms as well as this form they can go in.
• Apsu likes wearing dresses while Aegir prefers to wear more "men's clothing"
• Both work at a fairy tale theme park and restaurant/hotel.
