A guy who got in way over his head trying to help his best friend on their endeavors into heroism. During a high stakes mission, he was presumed to have died after falling from a great height into ice cold waters; however, his frostbitten but still living body was soon found by an ill-intentioned group looking for a test subject whose disappearance wouldn't be questioned. It was then that he was turned into a human weapon dubbed by the intelligence community as "The Ocular Executioner", brainwashed over and over into doing all the violent work commanded of him without leaving a single trace behind.

ORIGINS:
Immediately following his capture, Mack was subjected to a copycat experiment of the one undergone by Sam, resulting in a great increase in his physical abilities that greatly contributed to the Ocular Executioner's consistent success in his missions. Despite the immense power he now has, he rarely gets to use it for his own purposes - in order to keep him compliant, he's almost always in a state of suppressed memories and consciousness that makes any self interest bury itself far in the back of his mind.
