She is a snake pony with luminescent scales that shine in the light. She has a pink glowing heart. Heart aesthetic eye from anime. Anime hair. Cutie mark was going to be rose w albino snake wrapped around it like the picture. 

Simple background story: She spends her days creating intoxicating perfumes and love potions from the petals falling off her rose wings / her own personal venom. When she bites any pony they fall in love with her and will do anything she asks of them.
