Ryang Huanyong is an Au Ra who traveled to Eorzea from her homeland in the east, bringing with her a mysterious book filled with Nymian Scholar magic and a strong desire to learn.
Despite her original training as a Ninja, she has a natural affinity for healing magic, and an obsession with it. She constantly searches for what she calls "The Ultimate Healing Magic", though even she herself has no idea what that is. She compulsively tries to help anyone that she can.
She is Jung'su's teacher and boss, and was the one who gave him the name Jung'su. She frequently tracks him down and puts him to sleep for medical checkups because he's an idiot who gets himself hurt a lot.
