Anka Himura is a Kunoichi in Amegakure who has spent her life in the Himura Prefecture of the village with her clan who prepared her for the role she would later take on as leader. Anka was often treated as both the head man and woman of the clan - many of the cermonies that required a delicate touch to it was often seen over red eyed woman while many of the military needs were also catered to by her. She was the first in her clan to break those stereotypes that there needed to be both a leader for domestic affairs as well as foreign, thus naming her queen rather than strictly being head of clan.

However, her loyalty is strictly towards her clan. People who she deems to be half-breeds or those that learn ketsueki (血液) simply through the ancient scrolls of her people have a target on their back. The strict leader deems those souls to be impure and decides to end their pathes. Rather than allowing those who wish for nothing but to tarnish the Himura name - she offers a swift demise.
