By commissioning me you are agreeding to my terms of service. These terms still apply if you have not read them. Some of these terms also apply to non-commissioned art.

✦ What I can/will draw:

• Furries (anthro/feral)
• Most animals/species
• Human(oid)s depending on art type
• Fan characters depending on art type and fandom
• Light gore
• Nudity and/or suggestive
• Objects/items

✦ What I can't/won't draw:

• Mecha and robots
• Protogens
• Explicit NSFW or fetish
• Anything political, hateful or harmful
• Complex designs (unless they can be simplified, and even then they may be rejected)
• Backgrounds

✦ Payment methods accepted are paypal usd and deviantart points only.

• Payment has to be seen within 72 hours after I ask you to sent payment. If it isn't sent during this time frame, the commission will be canceled.

✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission for whatever reason. More often than not I'll give an explanation.

✦ All my art is for personal/non-commercial use only.

✦ I use commissioned art as art/commission examples. Commissioner can ask to keep commission private.

✦ There is a limit of three commissions at a time per person. If I complete one of your commissions and you want to order another one right away, you are free to do so.

✦ I don't work with deadlines. If you want to set a deadline, there will be an extra fee depending on the time you're giving me and the commission type.

✦ I don't always work on a 'first come first serve' basis. Some commissions will be finished before others regardless of which one was commissioned first.

✦ You can contact me at anytime to ask for updates on your commission. My dms here and in ig (@accio_bcat) are always open.

• Wips can be sent at the request of the commissioner.
• I will only make big changes to the drawing during the sketch state. When the lineart and/or color are done only small changes and edits can be made.

✦ I don't give refunds unless for some reason I'm unable to complete your commission.

• Commissioner can request a refund if after three months of having commissioned I still have not delivered their commission.
• If I have made progress beyond the sketch when a refund is requested by the commissioner, only a partial refund will be given.
• If the commission is canceled by me, the commissioner will be given a full refund.

✦ Suggestive and nudity commissions may only be requested if you're 18 years old or older. The commission will be immediately rejected if I have any reason to suspect that the commissioner making the request is a minor.

✦ My art is not allowed to be used in NFTs or any other blockchain/crypto-related technology. Neither in AIs.

✦ Do not copy, trace, steal or edit my art.
