These are the general rules that apply to my art and designs. May be subject to changes and additions.

Using My Art:

• Do not claim my art as your own unless it was made specifically for you and/or you have purchased the design.
• Please be sure to properly credit me if you use my art in any form.
• Feel free to use my artworks as image references, so long as it's not someone else's oc. Credit should given in any case.
• Feel free to take inspiration from my designs, colors, poses I've used, etc as long as you inform me beforehand/it isn't from a design that someone else owns.
• My art can be used for profile pictures, edits, etc, as long as it is not of my/someone else's oc and credit is given.
• Please do not "fix" my art.
• Do not use my art for any crypto or NFT purposes.
• Do not use my art for AI training or use AI to "complete" a piece from me (ex: turning a sketch into a completed piece)

Using My Designs

• Designs you receive from me can be edited and redesigned.
• Only claim a design as yours if you have received it legitimately.
• Designs can be traded and resold, but do not sell them for a higher value than purchased unless they have accumulated art. 
• Adopts received for free cannot be resold for currency unless they have accumulated art through drawings you've made, art commissions from myself or others or written works you've made of them.
• Feel free to use designs purchased from me in projects like games, comics, etc, as long as credit is given.

Offering on My Designs

• Please do not guilt trip if I do not accept your offer. I will block you if you do this.
• I prefer that money offers be paid shortly after I accept. I likely will not do long holds for money offers.
• I  like to be lenient with time for art offers. I want artists to feel  comfortable and not rushed. However, I would like to be updated throughout the process. I am more likely to be lenient and understanding if you have a delay or cannot go through with an offer if you communicate with me.
• If you are silent for a long period of time after I accept your art offer, I will do a check-in. I will do two check-ins at max, before cancelling the offer.
• I have the right to cancel an offer at any time.
• All my offers will be purchased and delivered through arty.ooo. If you are a user on here I will also transfer ownership of the character to you through Toyhouse as well.

Miscellaneous Rules

• I have the right to use designs/artwork that I've made for advertising purposes and as examples
