AERY'S TERMS OF SERVICE 2023 - 2024
By participating in a transaction with me (Aery) for the sale/trade of an adopt/design that has been listed
on toyhou.se, x (twitter), or any other place where I officially have listing/offered my designs,
you agree to the following terms of service:

1. You are of 18 years of age or older
2. You must credit me for the character design where applicable (Aery on TH, AeryKitty on X/Twitter, AeryKitty in general)
3. I will always be credited as the character designer, even if you make edits/changes & the base creator is always to be credited too
4. I will not change/edit designs for you - they are sold AS IS, unless previously discussed
5. I only accept PayPal as a form of payment (In Canada, that's all we have)
6. Once the transacted is completed, there may not be refunds given for any reason, all sales are final
7. All private information obtained through transactional means (Paypal revealing names, phone numbers, email addresses) will remain private from both parties
8. All currencies are in USD
