Basil, a cynical feline, finds himself as a prime suspect in a case of recent disappearances and murders in the city of Raust after a wrong place wrong time situation. In his efforts to prove his innocence, Basil quickly becomes entangled as he discovers the mystery goes a lot deeper than he could have ever anticipated.
