I have been really into color palette challenges lately, where I just take a random color palette, and try to stick to it (outside of skin color), and I would love to get some more fun palettes! If anyone would be willing to provide me some, I would appreciate it! ^V^ <3

I have been trying to get my cat across the United States to me for the better part of two years, since I had to move during COVID, and things just keep popping up. I had the funds and everything, sent them to my friend who was setting it up just for American Airlines to stop responding. When I called them, they told me "oops we don't have any pet friendly planes available going to your destination." My sister went ahead and already got his health certificate which we paid $200 out of pocket for and there is only a 10 days period before we have to get another one and pay another $200. I asked my friend to send my money back so I can go ahead and get the flight booked for this weekend, and PayPal is not letting her. I am going to scream. I literally gave her all the money I had been saving up and now I cannot even get it back cause PayPal is being saucy. Almost $400 I need right now to book with another airline, and I only have a few more days to book before we have to run another $200. I'm so irritated. Everything always has to go wrong when I try my best to prepare. ;-;
So, I absolutely hate being picky when it comes to trading, I just am in a place now where I know what characters I need for the stories I am working on and it's difficult to find pre-existing characters that fit where I need them to. I have this Dainty CB slot that I cannot use, and only got for the sole purpose of getting wraparound stitches, but ended up gettin ga CB droplet for the same purpose once those were introduced. I have not been offered a lot I can work with right now, so I just have it kind of sitting around. I am tempted to just resell it, but I would prefer art or a character or something I can use instead tbh. We'll see. ;u;
The mini update is that I will finally have health, vision and dental insurance again come the beginning of next year! I'm in desperate need of medical attention for a whole slew of conditions I have been diagnosed with, and have been hemorrhaging money just to get my medication and see my doctor. My new job is treating me well, it is pretty easy too, and I get to work from home! My mental health has definitely improved since I left Walmart, I did not even realize how stressed I was until I was terminated tbh. It was stressful finding a new job, but I am definitely happier now. Thank you to all of my lovely friends and acquaintances who have been keeping me sane during this transition and difficult health time. <3
It was brought to my attention that someone had recently reposted a character I won in a raffle as their own. The character in question has never been out of "only me" settings since I won them over a year ago (I was still trying to find a place for him). Luckily, the uploader only had the initial advertisement reference from the raffle and none of the beautiful art he came with provided by others who joined the raffle, but it is still frustrating. @GOREISH who originally uploaded, and claimed they received the design from the "previous owner" (as indicated in the screenshots), is in possession of at least one other stolen character (belonging to MochiiSpiider). At the moment, it does seem like @rftd was unaware the design was stolen, but just to be sure, I will include their name here. Even after disclosing that the character was stolen, @rftd made no attempt to take the character down, so it does make me wary. I had to contact TH Admin to remove the character, which was done successfully. However, it makes me nervous to have the character available for viewing, knowing that someone already tried to pass it off as their own with the original artwork, and potentially profited off of it. The screenshots below are what was gathered in regards to this, please read the description on each image for clarification.
Special thank you to 0ujii and ryu241 for giving me a head's up and investigating everything! Please do not harass the users involved, just block them if you feel the need to! I am going to keep a lookout for a few days, and then will be blocking them both myself.
If you didn't see my bulletin from last week, I have been sick. I I feel a bit better, but I am still unable to do much of anything. I am miserably back to work, but my throat is still yucky, and I feel fatigued, nauseous, and achy. I just want to lay down and sleep more, but unfortunately that does not pay my bills. Why I was created with a severe allergy to the two most helpful medications (ibuprofen and acetaminophen), the world may never know? Now I might have an infection in my jaw that I will need to get checked out with the dentist, and I just want to scream. Everything is just going bad right now FML.
So I have been sick since this weekend, and it got worse, so I have been unable to work for the last three days. Today, I was told to go to urgent care by my Team Lead, and paid almost $300 out of pocket just for them to test me for the flu (I tested negative for both strains) and tell me it's probably a viral infection (COVID or some other mystery virus). They wanted to charge me another 150 bucks just to test me for COVID, so I just opted to use one of my free tests as a trial instead of paying more money. The only reason I bothered to even go is that there are very little medications I can take, due to most containing ibuprofen or acetaminophen, which I am severely allergic to. I was hoping for them to give me an alternative or something, but I spent so much money for them to basically give me some prescription tums, tell me to drink water and rest. I love life. I still feel like crap, I have just been sleeping for the most part, which is all I feel like I can do at this time. The healthcare system frustrates me so gd much.
I have been feeling drained lately, and usually just get off of work to watch movies until bed, so I want to get something accomplished. I am going to try to upload all of the OCs that I have been putting off and update the info for the ones I have currently on TH. If there's a large incoming of new characters from me, I am sorry in advance for the spam! <3
SMALL UPDATE: I am settling into my new job well. Unfortunately, Walmart pretty much fucked me over and are refusing to talk to me regarding my unlawful termination, so I'm just moving on. Fuck them. Its been a hard month but I'm settling into my new job and it has already done wonders for my mental health. Working from home is the best decision I have made for myself and I get paid just as much with very little stress, so it's great. Plus I get all holidays paid regardless if I work or not which is so nice. I also get to pick my own schedule, which is nice! So doing better little by little, the loss of my job set me back a lot with my bills so just trying to get that all sorted. Thanks to those who were worried about me, I am doing better! <3
I know it's not Halloween quite yet, but I am seeing a disappointing lack of spooky designs in the lead up to the best holiday of the year. :( If anyone has spooky designs for sale or would be willing to do a spooky little custom for me, I would be thrilled I am mainly looking for male presenting, humanoid characters. I currently do not have a price range, but I would like to keep it at a maximum of $100, maybe more if I really like the art style or character. Please include prices and timeframe if offering a custom!
