I'm really tired of artists who I enjoyed looking at their art, commissioning and even befriending, secretly (or openly) being a proshipper. Welp, today on my way out of the walmart parking lot, my light turned green at an intersection and as I started to go, a car ran the red light and smashed into my rear driver side. I'm physically okay but still a bit shaken and very sore on the left side of my body. I went to the ER and thankfully everything was good and they prescribed me some muscle relaxers (cause i'm deathly allergic to ibuprofen and tylenol). The other driver was an elderly lady who for some reason ran the red light despite it being red way before I tried to turn left but she was okay as well thankfully. my car is totaled and got towed away so now the car I literally just got like 3 months ago is gone so... yeah. Gonna have to call my insurance tomorrow after I get the police report and start the process of getting a rental car, contacting the lady's insurance and either getting my car fixed or if it's declared a total loss, getting a new car.

But before all this happened today, I literally have been so proud of myself. I'm starting school again, i've been keeping up with my bills as best as I can and have been gaining confidence in myself and my decisions in life. It's been a struggle and i've had to sacrifice and drop toxic people on the way but i'm trying to make it the best as I can. ;u; I hope all my lovely friends have been well, I know I suck at chatting but I think about ya'll and hope ur doing good. <3 Anyone can reach out to me at any time i'm around just quiet. Well it seems that I've gotten scammed by an artist I really loved and I'm so disappointed. This is kind of a mini psa because I'm too upset to write a full one rn but Pastaronii / @soyamilky deactivated their DeviantArt account while I have two customs I've been waiting on since September 2020. I first contacted them September 11, 2020 regarding customs and they said that, while they had been having a rough time, they were back and wanting to work on customs so they took two from me and a few from other people (cannot confirm who got theirs or if anyone did). I paid them on September 14 ($35). I got a sketch on September 21, 2020. After that, I contacted them October 9th, for an update to which they responded and I assured them I just liked to check in. December 16,2020 is where things got fucky.

I contacted them just wanting to see if there was any more updates and they did not respond. Again on Jan 21, 2021, I sent them another note to check in to which they did not respond again. The last time I tried to contact them was March 6, 2021 which also went unanswered. Their account the entire time was still up but when I checked today for an unrelated matter (trying to find the price for another adopt), I found their account deactivated. Since the transaction happened so long ago, I have no option to chargeback on PayPal and I'm just bummed. Until they contact me, I can't do anything and I'm out $35. I'm still hoping this is just a misunderstanding but it's really upsetting. :(

Also for some reason, DA doesn't show me their half of the conversation? I'm trying to provide screenshots so I'm like stressed out about that aspect. Is this part of the new DA or is it a glitch? ;-;

Hello everyone! Long time no talk!
I haven't updated anyone really on my current situation but I'm actually in the process of buying a townhouse and a car so i've been stressed to the max and mainly just working my ass off. Ever since I got COVID last July (2020), my health has been pretty poor and the effects are definitely still felt. I even had a scare in December when I thought I had COVID-19 again but luckily it was just a stomach virus! Needless to say, i've been ANXIOUS. xD I'm trying my best to get my life on track to success but the road ahead is long, covered in broken glass and i'm barefoot lol. Thank you to all of my friends and the people who support me!

So recently I came up with a fun little idea for an alien species from my last adopt batch! I thought it'd be really fun to make a little semi-open species out of them to make a community! It'd be really chill and the idea itself is very flexible so you can use them in any story! I'll be making a discord server for them I just need to do the work and get it all set up and find some moderators and stuff! You won't even have to make an alien if you don't want to, humans are allowed too! It's just gonna be a fun little humanoid, sea-inspired alien server! ;u; I'll post the link as soon as its all done!

And If any of my mutuals would be interested in being a moderator for it, i'd be so grateful! ;u; It'd be a pretty stress free job, just need to help keep the server in check and possibly help me with ideas for events/adopts/etc and you'd get a free pass to make your own/adopts using my concept (100% your own profit) whenever you want. I don't expect this to blow up or anything just a small little community of sea aliens lol ;u;
