The Waterways

Rather than any ocean, rivers run the course of R'lyeh, wide and deep enough to host aquatic creatures and their cities. Most denizens of the Waterways, however, are sailors- massive boats built to live on make for ever-shifting landmarks. The demons who spawn here are demons of Blood- their Lord is a massive demonic centipede named Vephar.
