Hello~ Alter Kaos Chan here. 

So before you enter my profile there are some things that you must read first:

You are not allowed to use my characters in any way without my permission: This includes reference, tracing, shifting, etc. But there is no problem with fan art as long as proper credit is provided. 

Some characters contain information that is not appropriate for people under the age of 18, they will have their own warning explaining the different topics that they contain.
