The youngest recognized Syndicate, it is comprised of mismatch members with not much common ground other than they do not want to be involved with the growing strife of the forest and hold higher mercy towards Outsiders. They are becoming an increasingly common target by other Syndicates and The Paramount due to their assumed weakness as a group.
