Hii I’m putting my tos here and not jus in the tos thing under character designs bc I’ve seen ppl not follow it.

- Please do not sell my characters if you did not buy them in USD & didn’t add on art. If you got them from someone else from trade, the value they bought them for doesn’t apply anymore.

- Please don't claim my designs as your own, obviously

- If you bought it from someone (or me) in a virtual currency like points or robux, you can’t sell them for usd unless you add-on art or another character with a USD value.

- Gift art and art fight art doesn’t count as added-on art and you cannot add money value to a character for those art pieces.

- If you say “anyone in so-and-so folder” but when I ask about one and you say “not that one”, don’t ask to trade again. If someone is offlimits or you think is too high value, please tell me beforehand because it is super irritating.

- I have the right to deny any commissioner & trader/buyer. I do not draw art for bigoted people & I don’t trade w ppl who I think will do harmful things with that character (ex. drawing nsfw of a minor) based on their previous behavior.

- If I do not dm you about commissioned art, pls either dm for an update or for a refund. I’ll likely have one of the two depending on my situation.
