I decided that I would stop crayon commission for an indefinite period of time, because I got bored of it ! I've hidden the profile but I won't delete it. I think I'll probably only do skeb style commission on Ko-Fi for now because I've had a lot of fun. I'm sorry if some of you are disapointed maybe it will come back one day ! Here is a bulletin with all the infos regarding customs. So I don't have to rewrite it every time and just link it.

- 200€ for a Full Clothed Design (+50€ for a "no clothes" version)

- 150€ for an Outfit Design for your character

♦ I will accept customs from people that will let me a bit of freedom. I would love to make your character as your pictured it in your head but it's extremely stressful to me and time consuming, so for now, I won't accept that kind of request to save me a lot of stress. 

♦ Changes are okay but if you are asking for too much and frequently and it becomes stressful, either I'll finish the character as is, and resell it to someones else and start another one for you (especially if I missed on the early stage of sketching) or I'll will cancel the custom and refund you if you paid. Obviously you are free to tell if I missed the point or if you want some changes but please try to keep it before the lineart (colors are less an issue to change)

I updated the TOS to be more flexible to you and remove some abusive things I think I had put in it. Let me know if you think it's still too rigid

♦ The owner will have the right to ask me for minor changes. If you want bigger changes you are free to do it yourself or commission an artist to do so. Please keep the design recognizable. If you want to heavily redesign it and keep just some parts that you like, or having alternative version, please do another tab for it where you can put designer credit properly.

♦ Do not put yourself as "Designers" of my designs even if you redesigned it a bit. (except another profile or tab where you put your own versions)

♦ You'll have no right to sell it more than you paid for (except if there are extra piece of art done by you or commissioned).

♦ Characters that received through trades can be sold for money (You can decide the value they have ).

♦ Please don't delete the character's toyhouse page, and try to not hide it from me.

♦Don't steal or use as base (unless it's on available free base).

♦ Commercial use is not allowed except you paid 50% fees of the original price you paid for it

♦ You are free to do whatever you want with them, they belongs to you. (See exceptions below)

♦ However you have no rights on the art I made. So you can't make edits over the images you received

♦ I have the right to refuse to sell an adopt to you for any reasons

♦ Commercial use is only for Vtuber or something similar. Means that you can not redistribute them to multiple people or companies (example : making a VR chat model and redistribute it)

You only have the right to own the design for yourself. Belongs to one person and used by the same person. You can co-own the design with a small group of people. If you break this rulesy ou'll be forever blacklisted. If you have any questions do no hesitate to message me.

♦ If you end up using AI or owning multiple AI "adoptables" and clearly support it. You won't be able to own my design. You'll be forever blacklisted.

You ""own"" a AI adoptable. This people doesn't have the right to own any of my adoptables ! I'll take them back I'm sorry. It also applies to people that make ""AI art"".
