Theo appreciates Lucy's optimism and bubbly personality at first, but becomes suspicious as he notices the interactions she has with Percy. He tries to maintain a cordial relationship with her.
Lucy treats him as a friend of Percy, having a general fondness for him and his kindness. She only becomes suspicious of him for his interactions with Lynn.
Theo knows nothing of Lynn's first encounter with Percy, and first meets him at the Capitol. He has mixed feelings about him, and while he doesn't appreciate his superiority complex, he sees through his pride and fragile ego.
Percy has a general distain for anyone he deems is lesser than him. This does not exclude Theo, especially considering his ties to Lynn. However his feelings become complicated when he learns of Theo's true heritage.
Theo is Charlie's older brother! They have a warm and understanding relationship, and in their childhood they were often each others only support system. He goes through great lengths to keep her safe, so when she goes missing he would do anything to get her back.
Charlie is Theo's younger sister! She adores him and looks up to him unlike anyone else. She is a big support and comfort to Theo, and the two have a lot of fun playing despite their unfortunate circumstances.

Lynn met Lucy through Percy. She is suspicious of her cheery demeanor, and notices the way she heeds Percy's every command. She also despises her Capitol loyalty, and sees through her feigned innocence.
Lucy is accepting of Lynn at first- after all if they're friends of Percy they're friends of her! Though she is slightly off-put by her ruggedness, not fully understanding where she came from or why she isn't like the rest of the Capitol residents. After a while she becomes suspicious of her, turning on her completely when she learns that she is against the Capitol and everything it stands for; Lynn's past breaks the perfect facade built in her mind.
Lynn first met Percy in the forest near Percy's village as he was on a mission hunting her. She overpowered him and stole all of his belongings, using his pride as leverage to get away, and later using it as blackmail for him to guide Theo and Lynn through the Capitol. She doesn't care about his status, and finds his arrogance and polish to be detestable.
Percy holds great resentment against Lynn since their encounter in the woods. He is disgusted by her savage and violent ways, finding any excuse to stay away from her as if her uncleanliness would transfer onto him. However despite his pride, he is fearful of Lynn, often adhering to her demands and threats with the knowledge of her blackmail and the fact that she could overpower him at any time.
Theo is Lynn's one and only friend. He found her in an abandoned alleyway and nursed her back to health despite her amnesia and cold, detached attitude. She feels strangely warm around him, and would never admit it, but holds an undying loyalty to him.
Lynn is a light in Theo's otherwise bleak life. He found hope in purpose in nursing her to health and in helping her understand the world around her. While he doesn't always understand her aloof behavior, (in contrast to his kind warmth) he has a huge crush on her.
