I offer small Live2d models for $200+ value characters. For characters that are $500+ In value I can offer model art or a model rig. (Pricing explained below)
Beginner Live2d models can cost anywhere from $150-$300 USD on the market. These can typically be found on fiverr. Mid-level Live2d models can cost anywhere from $500-1000 USD. These can usually be found on Vgen. I consider myself to be upper mid-level. Professional/high-end models can cost you $1000+ for the rig/or art by itself. The total cost for a high end model can be $2000-$5000 USD. The most expensive models can go for $10,000 to $20,000 USD. Examples can be found from 2wintails, Iron Vertex, and The Art Gun.
