ART TOS

1. I accept payment ONLY through Paypal and cashapp

2. Payment upfront or half upfront and half after. i only start on the commission once I get all or half payment 

3. there is usually no deadline for me for art unless it is a birthday gift or some other special occasion. Please understand art may be slow due to life getting in the way or mental health 

6. I can reject your commission either because it makes me uncomfortable, I can’t draw it, too complicated, or you’re being rude etc. 

7. Do not remove or ask for watermarkless art.

8. Do not claim my artworks as yours.

9. I do not like constant spamming or asking of updates. I’ll send them whenever significant progress has been made 

10. Once I started working on your commission you can not get a refund.

11. No constant changes in the sketch process between it delays me a lot, I’ll allow 3-5 depending on how significant they are. Once I’m in the lineart/coloring stage there will be no changes unless it’s a mistake on my part with markings and such.

Design TOS

1. Wait at least a month before reselling any of my designs. 

2. you can’t completely redesign my designs, only minor changes but keep the overall design recognizable.

3. You can't sell any of my designs for a price which is higher than the one it was sold to you, unless the character gets more art.

4. You can not block me after receiving a character from me. I need a way to keep track of my characters. 

5. you can lock down a character but you need to make it so I'm authorized to see the character, I would like to keep track of them

6. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRADE OR SELL MY CHARACTERS TO ANYONE ON MY BLACKLIST

7. If you break any of these rules - I will have the full right to take my characters back and you will be blacklisted.
