- Crediting and watermarking art is ALWAYS necessary. Do not post the art you receive from me without doing this.

- This entire set of rules applies to any and all characters that have been in my possession at one point in time, whether they are my designs or the designs of artists I had adopted from. If you do not follow these rules, you will be blacklisted and not allowed to own/use any of my designs/content or adopt any characters from me for any reason. I will be checking periodically and will be very strict about following these rules. If you adopt a character from this account, you MUST abide by my terms of service AND that of the original owner/creator. If a rule they have contradicts a rule I have, please follow mine, as these rules are set in place for the safety of myself, the original owner/creator, and you.

- My designs are NOT to be used for commercial purposes, ONLY personal! If you adopt a character from me that is not my design and the original owner/creator allows commercial use with their designs then by all means!

- If you adopt a character from this account or any account belonging to me, you agree that you will NOT resell them for more than you paid for them UNLESS they have extra art added! Characters adopted for free with no extra art added may ONLY be regifted!

- Do NOT give my designs/content to anyone on my blacklist! This may result in you being blacklisted yourself.

- Do NOT delete ANY characters adopted from me from Toyhouse for any reason! If you do not wish to own a character you got from me anymore and want to get rid of it, send it back to xqux3nx! No questions asked, I will accept the transfer. I WILL NOT buy characters back from you, so please do not ask.

- Do NOT delete ANY images from the profiles of characters you adopted from me for any reason UNLESS the image was uploaded by you.

- This should go without saying, but please do not steal my characters. If you do, you will have the law to deal with. Copyright infringement and art theft is not something you want on your record.

- Blacklisted users have no right to use ANY of my characters, bases, outfit designs, etc.

- The password to claim any characters on this account is “Persephone”. It will change every once in a while. Please try your best to make it as unobvious as possible that you’re using a password in your comment. I don’t want people to just read the comments and skip reading the TOS. Along with the password you must say, “I’ve read your TOS and I agree to it completely.” If you do not agree to it, please do not lie and say you do.

- If you have me on Messenger, please do not video/audio call me. I will ONLY respond to messages. You MAY, only if necessary, send a voice message, but I will respond with text.

- Do not spam me with messages or rush me to reply. If you do so, I will ignore you.

- If for some reason you feel that I have broken a rule in your TOS, please talk it out with me respectfully and calmly. I will do the same. 99% of the time, it’s probably just a misunderstanding or a miscommunication and I will be more than willing to fix what I’ve done wrong or negotiate an alternative solution with you.

Jenna-Bean - possible scammer; supposedly confirmed to be Fytch who is also a known scammer and design thief (I've not seen any evidence to support this and am not sure who Fytch is. I was only informed of this as an outsider and decided not to take a chance.)

cypson - I don't remember what the beware said, but I do remember reading a beware about them once upon a time.
