⛤GENERAL ⛤
• If you are rude to me, your commission will be cancelled or rejected. You may also be blocked or blacklisted depending on the severity.

⛤ COMMISSIONS ⛤
• Digital references/Toyhouse profiles are preferred. Give as much detail as possible for what you want when sending in a commission request.
• SFW + NSFW commissions are accepted.
• Once your commission has been accepted, it will be added to my To-Do List. Payment will not be requested until your commission is next in line.
• I have the right to refuse commissions for ANY reason. For more info on reasons I would refuse, please refer to my commission info page.
• Trying to nag or guilt me into a lower price than given in the quote will result in me instantly rejecting your commission request.
• Due to my mental health issues, I reserve the right to cancel any commissions or trades I feel I am unable to fulfill. Sorry.

⛤PAYMENT & REFUNDS ⛤
• I accept both PayPal (USD) or Ko-Fi as real-world currency payments. Characters and Art may also be used as payment.
• Payments MUST be paid upfront before I start your commission.
•Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.
• Once payment is received I will begin. Up to 3 rounds of small edits can be made free of charge
• Cancelling your commission during the sketch stage will allow you to get a full refund, but you will not receive the sketch. Once I have started the lineart, I can only refund 50% of the payment, but you will receive the sketch.
If something happens and I'm unable to complete your art piece, you'll recieve a 100% refund.
• If you don't have the money DO NOT commission or bid on my characters/designs.
*** Rush Order: Rush Commissions will be boosted to the top of the to-do list, this option has an add-on fee of $10

⛤ TURN AROUND TIMES ⛤
•Depending on the complexity of the commission, the time it takes me to finish it may change.
(Estimated TAT's : Headshots - 1 week / Bust - 1.5 weeks / 3/4 - 2 weeks / Fullbody - 2.5 weeks / Anything else - Determined with quote)
*** Rush Order: Rush commissions will be boosted to the top of the to-do list. (If there is more than one rush order commission, they will be put down in first-come-first-serve order.)

⛤ COPYRIGHT ⛤
• You may not claim the artwork as yours.
• You may not resell my artwork for any type of currency.
•You cannot sell my characters or designs for any more than you bought them for (unless you have added/collected more art for them.)
• You, as the commissioner, are allowed to re-upload my work. As long as I am credited and/or tagged
• DO NOT EDIT MY SIGNATURES/WATERMARKS OFF OF MY IMAGES
The following people are forbidden from EVER owning any characters or designs made by me, trading with me, purchasing from me, or commissioning me. Any accounts that allow blacklisted accounts ownership of my designs or characters will ALSO be blacklisted.
