     I. Adoptables and Design

      ♠ By owning a design created by ©暑いよ！（ATSUIYO!）, you are agreeing to the following terms and condition. Please read carefully.

        THE DESIGN (FOR THE CHARACTER PURCHASED):

1. You are prohibited to use the art of the design created by ©暑いよ！（ATSUIYO!)  for profit.
2. If you are given commercial rights by the creator, then it is required for you to give credit
3. You are able to create prints, posters, t-shirts, add to games, etc. of the character you own as long as the art was created by yourself or a different artist (with permission.) 
4. You are able to add some minor redesign to the characters and please do not draw on top of the original art.
5. After payment, you will be receiving the following: Unwatermarked version and PNG files.
6. You may resell it but not for more than the amount you bought it for, unless you have extra art.
7. You are able to give the character names and backstories.

       FOR PURCHASING AND PAYMENTS:

1. Unfortunately, I only take Ko-fi payments for now. 
2. In case you would like to participate in biddings, please make sure you are serious and are careful in offering the amount money.
3. Bids currencies are in USD
4. Payment below or equal to $200 USD are expected to be paid full upfront before 42 hours.
5. Payment plans only extends up to 2 months for values starting from $200 USD above.
6. Backing out results being added in the BLACKLIST (Unless it is an emergency.) 
7. Strictly no refunds.
