Adoptable Details :

• Feel free to change details of the design, just make sure it's recognizable as my design
• Species, color palette, gender, etc can all be changed
• Designs are allowed to be used for 18+ purposes as long as you are 18+
• You must always credit me for the original design even if adopt is redesigned
• You cannot use my designs for anything homophobic, racist, sexist, transphobic, or just in any harmful ways

• Do not resell design for more than you bought it for unless additional art is commissioned
• Traded Art / Free Art doesn't add to the resale value
• If you resell/trade away my design within the first 2 weeks, I will no longer sell to you
• Once you purchase an adopt, there are no refunds, but if you don't want it anymore, feel free to gift it to someone else or give it back to me
• DO NOT COMPLETELY DELETE MY DESIGN

• I retain legal rights to the designs, and all adopts will be for personal or non-merchandise commercial use unless stated otherwise. If you would like to use the design to create merch or generate profit, we need to discuss an additional merchensiding fee (most likely 3x the original price). 
• Using the design as a VTuber or PNGTuber model is completely okay, but you cannot sell merch of them without paying the additional fee.
