Valorous (Novel)

A slow-going novel in the works! Originally a fanfic with fan characters, but turning into original content.

Summary: After a curse in the past, dragons have learn to take  human forms for centuries with a twist - their curse is a bloodthirst they cannot control when distressed or emotional. In order to protect themselves, and the humans around them, both races - aware of their existence - band together to form the Dragon Rider society. Dragons choose a human to bond with for life, but also  protect them from themselves as soothers than actual riders. Soothers halt a dragon in the midst of a bloodlust.

Erin is a draconophobic human who befriends Lane, a dragon-shifter, and overcomes obstacles and strengthen the bond between them.
