An Oasis once surrounded by desert alone, this now lush and thriving grove is home to the Crescens Pride. Both benfiting each other and helping each other thrive.

The Cresens pride exists in Oasis forest surrounded by a Savannah that borders on desert. The lush Oasis is home to many species, but only the one pride of lions. The Cresens are Pride whose leader’s bloodline has long been one of strength, vision, strategy, and consideration. For the past 7 generations the Cresens pride has been led by the Kino line, who first led the pride to this oasis back when the savannah was simply a desert. Through strategic digging and water irrigation the Cresens pride has greatly grown the size of their Oasis and brought life to the once hopeless desert.

In the middle of the Oasis exists a large lake that is larger in length than it is in width. Around and across the center of this body of water exists the Cresens home. Built of wood, stones, and a large naturally formed boulder with a cave in the center of the water. Similar to a sea-side pride, this pride survives atop the water and even farms fish and other sea life. The Home consists of the Bazaar that is located on land, a small grouping of huts on the shore next to the Bazaar, a web of water-top huts branching out from the center hub which is giant stone outcropping. Branching off from the hub is the Pride Leader’s home which is a larger hut. Also branching out from the hub on the other side of the huts is the Fishery. Here is where lions raise water creatures for food. Next to the fishery is the food stores built into the cave system of a smaller rock outcropping.

The pride survives mostly on fruit, roots, fish, and veggies with meat being a commodity. With the growth of the Oasis more and more birds, rodents, and now small mammals have flocked and begun to grow in numbers. Most recently with a side of the oasis growing in size it has gotten closer and closer to the edge of a large jungle. With this new expanse of territory for them to explore comes new food sources including a more readily available amount of meat. These areas are only accessible through expeditions of five lions or more.
