Tis the season for me to plan a ton of art stuff, and I kinda need funds so. Would you guys be interested in a gachapon kinda thing. 

Unfortunately will only take like robux or game stuff. But I would also take trades. 

It would include a ton of art stuff. Ranging from art from me, adopts (both previous made and exclusive ones created for it) maybe a few currency based ones. And idk more stuff if I can think of it.

Now that the custom raffle is over and ive hit over 50 subs, its time for that reg art raffle!! I will be uploading that one in the coming days, most likely once I Finnish the prizes for the custom raffle.

I take everything in my MOP bulletin as well as art stuff (comms, customs, adopts, writting,etc). 

Buyers are free to choose when they will pay, but it must be discussed beforehand. Any payment sent before hand will be assumed to be a gift. Please do NOT send anything until requested.

Tax does not have to be paid if its from game passes, but as far as I'm aware there's a new way to gift/send Robux? (as of 4/12/26) So whatever the tax is on that does not matter to me either. the price is the same no matter the method unless buyer wants to pay the tax.

• Do not steal, copy, mark or trace any of my art work
• Do not post any of my artwork to Pinterest
• Any and all artwork made by BeyondEmpty that was Commissioned are assumed to be for PERSONAL USE.
  • If a commissioner would like to use my art for commercial use, they MUST inform and talk it out with BeyondEmpty before continuing to do so.
• If a commissioner would like to post the finished art piece to any social media platform, they MUST credit BeyondEmpty using any socials which can be provided upon request. Tagging/linking me to that post is optional. 
• ALL of his art may be posted to any of BeyondEmpty's socials or used as examples at any time. 
  • credit will be used if this happens. If the owner of the character does not want for the art to be shared, they are free to request for Beyond to not post it and BeyondEmpty will comply.

General Commission TOS

• Anyone is allowed to ask questions before, throughout, and after the commission process. 
• Anyone is allowed to ask for progress photos; however, they MUST be requested beforehand if the other party wishes to see the process. 
• Anyone is ENCOURAGED to gather as much material and references for their commission as possible
• Buyers are allowed to ask for a revision of any sort. After 3 revisions (If the artwork is completed), buyers are required to pay a small fee equivalent to 3$ USD per major revision. 3-5 small revisions are equivalent to 1 major revision. 
  • If BeyondEmpty is doing a trade or "freebies," Revisions will only be made if asked previously by BeyondEmpty
• Buyers are allowed to ask/negotiate payment
• Buyers are not allowed to ask for a refund
• No one is allowed to Edit BeyondEmpty's artwork on their own after finalizations BESIDES beyondEmpty
• No one is allowed to ask for beyondEmpty to change something that is part of their art style

Customs/adopts TOS 

(should be included with every character that BeyondEmpty has created)

GENERAL 

• All owners of BeyondEmpty's character designs MUST have a ToyHouse account                (As of Oct 7th, 2025)

This is a must, even if reselling, trading, or gifting. The person who you are transferring ownership to, must also have a TH profile.

• If a character that he has created is hidden/locked, BeyondEmpty must be authorized. 

Owners of Beyond's designs are allowed to

• customize character details (name, gender, background, traits)
• gift and trade

• Only Buyers are allowed to resell with the currency they bought the design with. 
  • Designs may not be resold for more than it was bought for, that is unless the owner has added art or other add-ons. 

• Alter the characters design such as:

• Altering the color scheme
• Altering the characters appearance. 
  • IF this is done, the original design must still be recognizable unless it is a scrapped design. 
  • ALSO, if a character is changed, whether that be its clothes or slight redesign of appearance, if it is not BeyondEmpty redrawing the character then owners are free to credit beyondEmpty for the original design and add on any credits for the artist that drew the altered version. 

Owners of Beyond's designs are NOT allowed to

• claim the original design as their own 
• feed the character into Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• "Freebies" are not allowed to be sold unless given explicit permission by BeyondEmpty 
• "Scraps" are not allowed to be (re)sold unless the owner has fully developed a character based on what was given. 
• Custom "freebies" may not be traded until a week of ownership. 

Anyone who has been found to have broken BeyondEmpty's TOS will be put on a blacklist. 

If a character is Transferred from its original owner, these TOS rules still apply.
