By owning a design created by me, Biles Biles (the Designer), you (the Owner) affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below.
Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement.

Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice.
These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of OCTOBER 04, 2025.

1.No refunds.
2. The buyer may resell it for the same price they paid (if no additional artwork has been added).
3. Only BID to pick up the adopt if you really are interested, If payment isn't made within 42 hours, the adopt will be available for other buyers again. If I don't get a response within 24 hours of the first message, it will also be open again. Your name will also be added to a blacklist.
4. The buyer is free to modify or add to the design, as long as the original artwork remains unchanged.
5. The adopt can be used for any personal purpose; commercial use is only allowed if it has been paid for.
