Please read all my Terms of Service before ordering a commission from me. Thank you.
By ordering a commission from me means you have agreed all the terms I've stated below.
GENERAL TERMS
I will do
- ✔ Human character (Original character/ Fanart)
- ✔ Any gender
- ✔ Friends/ Siblings/Couple
- ✔ Kemonomimis
- ✔ Muscle Man
Request for own Risk
- ? Animal / Monster / Furries
I won't do
- ✘ Heavy Mecha
- ✘ NSFW (18+)
- ✘ Too Complex Furries/Designs
- ✘ Old People
- All commission prices are only for personal use, which means you're not allowed to sell the commissioned piece(s) on a product, etc.
- The commissioners may repost with my watermarked version and use the commissioned piece(s), but you are not allowed to do any changes, credit MUST be given.
- The commissioners are not allowed to claim the commissioned piece as your own.
- No refunds after you paid, unless I don't think that I'm able to complete your commission.
- I have the right to reject any commission that I think I can't work on it.
- Please note that you have sent the correct file/reference of your character to me, once we reached the sketches stage, it can't be redrawn again.
- There will be extra charges depends on how extreme detailed of your character is.
CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS
- If I make a character in any mistakes on a finished piece [see the Character Mistakes section], please point it out so that I may correct / revise [this is at not additional cost.
- It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide specific details of their character(s) that should not be missed.
- I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something [this is if I have made any mistake in Character Mistakes section.]
- I will not redo a commission.
Character Mistakes
- Hair Color
- Skin Color
- Eye Color
- Any special facial / body markings
- Any special appendages [wings, tails, ears, etc.]
- Clothing / Costume Colors
PAYMENT
- Never pay your commission unless I told you so.
- Please pay your payment upfront of your commission before I start.
- Payment must be made within 48 hours unless stated otherwise. If payment is not made in a timely manner, I have the right to pull back the slots/waiting list you're in.
PAYPAL
- ! Please let me know your paypal emaill address so I can send the invoice to you for the payment.
TIME
- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 weeks depending on my factors such as: Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.
If any of the things occurs I will let you know as soon as possible.
