Welcome to the Raffle & Tracker bulletin. This bulletin was created so participants of raffles on my page are aware of the rules, information and who has won the past raffles along with which character was prized. This will be linked in the comments of raffle pages so participants cannot miss it. These rules will not be retold if the participant decides to either not read it or overlook the link.

🎉 What makes these raffles "unique"?
There really is no answer other than any character that has no personal value is awarded an art piece of my choice to go with it before it is sent off to a new owner. It has turned into a raffle instead of something where I pick and choose because, in the end, host and participant benefits from it.

🎉 What're the general rules of raffles?
Do not be disrespectful, do not complain and do not "bully" the host or your fellow participants. You will be IP blocked and blacklisted from further contact.

🎉 How long do raffles stay open?
Every raffle will have a comment included that shows when it ends. This can range from a few days to a month or more.

🎉 How are winners determined?
Through wheeldecide.com

🎉 Can there be multiple winners?
No, there cannot be. If a participant is found to be using a second account to enter raffles, they will be blacklisted. Everyone deserves a fair chance; do not be greedy.

🎉 What do you do with inactive winners?
Each winner gets 12 hours to accept the raffle prize or it goes on to another user. If you won a raffle prize but didn't get it in time, you are still able to enter future raffles; only winners who got their prizes cannot enter.

🎉 Are winners announced publicly?
Winners are announced in a comment above the raffle call and all participants are pinged.
