tysm!! also a few questions if you don't mind? /Gen. which program do you use to make art\designs and how do you make your art look all hazy and dreamy and fluffy?? It looks so cool Om
I use medibang paint on the ipad!
As to how I make my art look soft: Copy the finished drawing, gaussian blur it on top of the original drawing, then play around with the opacity
I also sometimes filter the drawing by putting a flat color layer (usually a light yellow/beige), putting that layer's mode onto brightness/luminosity (the name depends on the program), and then playing around with the opacity
