--Any adopt OR OC (original character) you purchase must not be sold for more than you purchase it for in the first year of ownership, unless you have acquired more art for them. When using the image it is adopted with, you must credit me as the artist.
--When purchasing an adopt, you are implying that this character is for individual use only. I must be made aware if this character is intended for use in published and profited works, such as anime, comics, or games, as this will change the terms of service; new terms will be negotiated appropriately case by case. This also goes for arts purchased from me as well.
--When displaying or sharing any art purchased from me, you must credit me as the artist.
--If you receive a base as a purchase or patron based reward, you are not allowed to share or distribute that base to others. They must purchase or patron their access to that base from me directly. All art made with these bases must be base credited to me, and the patron tier/signatures may not be removed from the base at any point, for any reason. This is non-negotiable. You are allowed to sell adopts using my bases, but they must be credited clearly.
--The sale or trade of my designs to anyone on my BLACKLIST will automatically revoke any art or adopts you have purchased from me, and you will be blacklisted as well, effective IMMEDIATELY. This is non-negotiable.
--REFUND POLICY--All items are to be paid in full before project will begin. After project has begun, refunds will be allowed with a 30% inconvenience fee deducted. Refunds will not be given after the color/render stage has begun.
--Artbook purchases are currently closed for the undetermined future, and are subject to open again at some point.
--ALL refund claims are void after 6 months if client has been unresponsive during creation process. This can include, but is not limited to, ignoring WIP, not being present to approve changes, not being accessible at all, losing purchasing account and not reaching out via other methods.
--Turn Around Time, or TaT, is determined on a per-order basis, but is general basis can be expected that flat colors will be completed within a day of starting them, paintings may take closer to a week depending on complexity. Any order will be informed of the queue length before their art will be started, and will be informed of a general estimate of time that will be expected to take. Any changes in expected TaT will be IMMEDIATELY reported to the client for approval.

∗ What are your payment terms? Do you offer installment payment plans? -I accept Paypal, Kofi, and Cashapp. I require full payment up front before any projects will be started. Payment plans may be approved on a case-by-case basis, but will only hold your space in queue until balance is paid - at which point you will immediately be returned to the next slot available.

∗ Do you have a return policy? -I offer comprehensive WIPs for everything I do, at crucial stages. Please feel comfortable to let me know of changes you desire at that point. ∗ If you print limited editions of your originals, what is the size of the edition? -This is very specific, and depends on the prints. Any prints I offer will of course be specified as to available sizes, and prices for each option.

∗ Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity? -All prints will come with a certificate that I will personally sign. It will be a printed certificate, and I will have personally written the following in on an as-it-happens basis for authenticity; ~DATE ~RECIPIENT ~ITEM NAME AND SIZE ~SIGNATURE ~BATCH NUMBER (where applicable)

* Do you make NSFW art? -Yes I do. NSFW commissions will be subject to a 20% upcharge. I am currently accepting NSFW commissions, EXCLUDING the following; underage/cub, non-consent, incest, or feral. The link can be found on my Carrd!

* How do I claim an adopt? -You can claim an unowned adopt for purchase by commenting on the post it is included in, if said post or specific adopt is clearly identified as AVAILABLE. I will check the adopt with private records to ensure I have not forgotten to mark it as purchased or remove it, and then sell you said adopt. 

*Do you do custom sonas? -I can absolutely work with you for a custom sona; I will charge the base rate of the art being completed, generally best to be a type of ref card or sheet, plus a $50 fee for the custom sona. This is because it takes a significantly longer time to sit down and really communicate the character and personality conveyed by it, and the WIPs are almost twice as frequent because of continuous changes.

* Do you take art/DeviantArt points as payment? -I currently do not, but this is subject to change. I am often available for art trades, however, and will decide based on quality of art and length of my queue. You are always welcome to ask!!!!
