This user profile has been marked with a content warning:

• Please make sure to read through all of these, or at least skim through them as they will protect both me and you (the commissioner) in case of anything happening.
• A second thing to payment methods is upfront payment and half/half. Half and Half will be accepted for larger pieces that take more time to come out, upfront is preferred to prevent art theft and scamming.
• I understand time constraints however when buying from me if you ghost me for more than 48 hours without good reasoning, I will cancel your transaction.
• Payment plans and Holds are considered but only to a certain amount of time, I will never hold more than a month.
• I do refunds for all adopts, commissions get progressive treatment as the longer you wait to refund the less you're getting in return. The reason I do progressive refunds is because you as the commissioner should understand the prices and have enough to pay, Refunding as the piece is basically done means I'm not getting the money I was promised for the work executed. (If this adopt was already sold and purchased you aren't getting a refund. This goes when first selling/designing)
• Emergency reasons are considered and may contradict the terms above, however when used as a scape goat will be ignored.
• My adoptables and designs aren't to be resold within a week, and selling to other places outside of toyhouse are fine. Please email me or notify me first so I can keep track
• Converting fees do not apply to commissions or adopts, they will not affect your total. However overseas conversion or people living outside of the U.S may have issues sending money to me. I will work it out to the best of my ability however be warned.
• Do not sell my designs for a higher price unless there is additional art added to the character, you or someone else made.
• You may redesign characters I do not mind, however do not draw on my art. commission or create your own.
• My art and designs cannot be used for commercial and profit.
• I do not mind regifting/regrading/reselling as long as it's fair use. 
• When buying from me, you recognize I may use art commissioned by you in future commission posts or social media posts.
• Do not remove my watermark from commission images
• I do not mind what people do with my adopts/designs, just don't be weird about it. [I am a MINOR]
• Failure to abide by these rules is a blacklist from buying/owning designs and art from me.
• Terms are subject to change slightly in the future but I doubt they will.
