- The emojis are normally drawn based on a emoji you wish for me to do, normally they're a headshot. With the stickers they are more like a bust/halfbody with a caption of some sort or none.

- I'd like you to know that I like to take my time with my art, as I'm a quality over quanity type of person! I also have a habit of multitasking and may drop something to do something else every now and then. I also experience burnout during times of hardship or just not feeling well! I may update you on my progress whenever I can and will let you know if something comes up!
- Please be nice to me and please don't ask me if your piece is finished a lot, as it may stress me, I am prone to stress so I'd appreciate it if you give me time. <3 I always try my best to be kind, calm and understanding, so please be to me as well. I dont bite and you can message me! Just dont be pushy/harrass me/be creepy/guilt trippy or something to that degree!
- Do NOT send me NSFW pieces/reference sheets! If they're NSFW, please warn me and put a black box or something on their private parts. (Boobs, Vagina and Penis). As I am currently a minor and I am not comfortable with those sort of pieces.

- If you wish for my character to be included in a commission, I'm willing to give it a shot! Though, just let me know and keep in mind I will NOT draw my characters in a situation I deem inappropiate. They must be in character at all times as well.
ARTIST'S RIGHTS
- I reserve the rights to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH's!
- I retain the rights to post my work on my public gallery, gallery, portfolios, etc!
- I reserve the right to refuse service, say no or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude or have been known to back charge commissions once completed. I also have the right to cancel a commission if any of my T.O.S is broken.
COMMISSIONER'S RIGHTS
- You may post the commission I made for you, as long as you credit me with my Toyh.ouse, Furaffinity or DeviantArt in the description.
- You are not allowed to edit the work, but you are allowed to crop and resize the artwork to make wallpapers, forum banners, icons and other images that have non-commercial purpose!
- You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes!
- If you don't want a commission published, please tell me the reasons why. As I prefer to publish my work and I am tentative about not posting my work.
ARTISTIC PROCESS
- Before starting the rest of the piece, I will consult/update you on my progress and ask for your opinion! Changes are 100% free at the sketching and lining phase. Though once I start colouring or shading the piece, charges may be made. As it can be hard to change once its coloured and or shaded.
- If the error was mine, I will not charge you anything.

If you have any ideas well thought out before asking me for a commission, if you don't know what to do and you are going to ask me for several sketches, I most likely will charge you for all the lost time.
EXTRAS
- Don't edit my commission, it's prohibited to do so without asking me and I consider it disrespectful. Though you are welcome to ask me to edit something but don't do it before asking me and telling me what you are editing on/off of it.
- I will not recreate a commission, unless paid to do so.
- Any disrespectful comment can and will be eliminated. Depending on the level of disrespect you may be blocked, causing you to be blacklisted.
- Keep all questions about the commission in private messages between me, making them in shouts or comment or any public means may make me uncomfortable, I may even block if I deem it worthy.
- Please do not rush me, as I said above, I am a quality over quantity person. If you're in a hurry with a commission, please let me know before asking for it and tell me a date you have. Then I can see if I have time and will take it or not. <3 If you dont tell me and ask me to hurry during a commission, I may become overwhelmed during the process and may even cancel depending on my stress levels.
- If I take more than 3 months, I will make you something extra as compensation. The type of piece it will be will be determined by me.
- Also, don't be afraid/ashamed to ask me about any type of commission you want! I have an open mind and will never mock, laugh or judge you for any reason! <3
- If you break any of these rules while I'm doing your commission, I'm obligated to finish it. If I choose not to continue the commission after you break the rules, I will notify you with a message containing the clause of the Terms of Service you broke.
- I do not give refunds, as its not possible for me at the moment... ;-; I am not obligated to refund you if you have broken my T.O.S and I refuse to contiune the piece.
