If I have made you a custom design, or you have recieved a design that I made from another person, these are the rules regarding that design. Copying any of my designs without my permission is not allowed by any means.

Changing the design:

• Adding acessories to the design such as collars, peircings, bandanas, bracelts, etc. are not only allowed but encouraged.
• Adding other parts to the design such as, horns, scars, multiple tails, removing a limb, etc, are also allowed.
• Feel free to make a human version, feral version, furry version, dragon, cat, anything of those sorts. You can also change the gender.
• I would strongly prefer no nsfw art or content for the designs I make. I can't prevent you from doing that if that is what you really want to do, but it is very against my wishes and I really hope that can be respected. Gore is chill.
• Minor changes to the design itself are allowed, as long as credit is still given.
• Major changes are also allowed, but credit still must be given. For example, say you have a design of mine. But over time, you change the design a little at a time, to the point it becomes only a resemelence of the original. Or perhaps you've developed this whole character around the design, but you've grown to sorta dislike it. So instead of scrapping the character, you do a big revamp of the design. You must still say "This character is based off of a design by CanisCoyote on toyhou.se". I don't mind you changing it as long as I still am credited for creating your base.

Changing ownership of the design:

• Unless otherwise specified, ownership of my designs may change.
• The new owner MUST be informed of the designer. You need to link to one of my profiles somewhere. A username is not sufficient.
• You may trade, sell for online currency, sell for real currency, gift, or otherwise. If you have questions ask, but you can probably assume its a yes to the exchange unless its like. Really weird.

If you have gotten artwork from me, of your character, through an art trade, commission, gift, or otherwise, these are the rules for your use of it.

• You may resize the image freely. I might have a bigger size version if needed.
• You may add a backgrounds to a transparent image. Please make sure there is enough contrast to see the signature. Signature may be recolored (using lock alpha) or you may add a colored patch underneath it if the background color is an issue.
• If floating pixels exist in the transparent area that I have missed you are allowed to edit the image to erase them. I will also fix these for you.
• If I missed a color patch going outside the lines you are allowed to edit the image to erase it, just be careful. I will also fix these for you.
• Cropping for an avatar is permitted, but credit must be given on your profile as it would also crop out my signature.
• If there are minor changes you would like to make to an image that isn't listed here, please contact me.
• Major changes will be done by myself only, and depending on what the change is, it may be free. Mistakes I made will always be corrected for free.
