Those who live in Xenai Central is faintly like heaven but casuals can live there mostly. There are like upper class folks but.. heavenly :)
Anyone can live here, it's like the bridge to the upper and lower realm, this is where most chaos will reside in. No one would fight about realms just mostly between personal brawls or races.
Most violent realm, races such as demons, imps and other aggressive races would live here, those who don't are most like strong-willed to even last here for 3 days or more. Not all people would be aggressive on the spot though but do know when to hold their ground.
