   Humans, humanoids, and anthros that lived were basically the last folk that is keeping the place together like glue, but they couldn't always last long due to their exaggerating low birthrate and murders among others.

The humans there are also known as the 'First Mechanics', while everyone else is regular ones. Even though they are able to become androids for better living chances, there are still some who just wants to stay what they are. They offer to their fellow humans as a gift or as torture.
