Basic Terms:
works - a name for any piece of art (photography, traditional, digital, etc) or written word produced used in this document
copyright - the exclusive right to print, publish, or distribute any literary or artistic work; copyright goes to affect any time a work is publicly published for the first time
copyright holder - a person who has the right to print, publish, or distribute a copyrighted work
distribute/distribution - the act of sharing or saving copyrighted work for personal use
publish - the act of publicly displaying literary or artistic work; on the internet, everything is automatically considered "published"
right to use - the right to use any copyright published materials for personal or commercial purposes; is not the same as copyright
intellectual property - a work that is the result of creativity for which one has the rights to
attributed - the act of giving credit as specified by the copyright holder; in this case, attribution is given in the form of creating as the designer/creator for art and author for writing on the first page people see the work being used.
shared alike - any derivative works must also use the same creative commons distribution; e.g. if you make a mood board from my photographs that I allow you to use for free, you cannot sell said mood board and must allow anyone to use that mood board for free.
derivative - derivative work is defined as work that has been altered from the original or inspired from the original work such that it is no longer exactly like the original but maintains elements from the original; e.g. a derivative is a fan character set in an already existing world
no derivatives (ND) - the original cannot be altered, changed, or expanded upon or otherwise modified.
non-commercial use - any use where profit is not being made in the long term or is a one time profit; e.g. you can use my photos for mood boards and distribute those mood boards but you may not sell them; selling an adopt for a higher margin is also considered non-commerical
commercial use - any use that involves using my work for long term profit; special permissions must be given; e.g. using any of my IP for webtoons, published works, etc

Main Rules:
- By using any works from this account, you are agreeing to following the rules and expectations laid out in this bulletin, even if you don't give a written signature.
- Credit must be maintained at all times, even if you rip apart any of my work for your own uses.
- You do not have to inform me you are using anything that falls under the BY, SA, NC, ND, or CC By-SA ratings unless you wish to profit off my or any derivative works.
- If you wish to profit anyway off of my existing work, you must notify me. If you wish to continually profit off my existing work, you must purchase the commerical license to use said works.
- If you don't understand, ask me first on either Castle or [email protected]
- Anything over at Kadrina or love-kadrina maintain my sole right to use. So please don't take things from there and use them for yourself.
- Anyone who issues a chargeback will automatically be blacklisted and blocked.
- Blacklisted users may use proxies to purchase my work or continue to use anything that falls user CC by-NC-ND, but cannot directly purchase it themselves. Their friend/proxy will assume any risk of a chargeback on their end.

Photography (CC By-SA)
Most of my photography is attributed by shared alike. This means you are welcome to use images, tweak them, and build upon them, even for commercial uses, so long as you a) give me credit and b) any derivative works are free. For example, you cannot use them to sell moodboards, but can use them for free moodboards or in advertisement.

If you wish to purchase rights to images to sell them in moodboards or for other uses resulting in monetary gain, I charge 50 cents per image per unlimited use of items.

Note: This is rights to use, not copyright ownership. You do not own said images and multiple people can purchase the rights to use a singular image.

Screensavers/Wallpapers (CC by-NC-ND)
Any screensavers are wallpapers are free to use so long as you are not using them in commercial works (e.g. profile codes) or changing any aspect of them - with the exception of cropping for screen sizing. Basically, these are for fun. Not for profit.

Profile Code (CC by-SA and CC by-NC-ND)
HTML code will be attributed by shared alike. This means you are welcome to use all of the code or snippets of the code, teak them, and build upon them, so long as you a) give me credit and b) derivative works are free. 

Any icons that accompany the profiles are attributed by non-commerical, non-deriviative. You may use them for PERSONAL use only so long as you give me credit, but may not tweak the colors. If you wish to have a different color variation, contact me and I will make appropriate changes for free. This icons cannot be used for any other profiles you design for sale. If you wish to use them with profile codes you sell, you may purchase the use for $1 per color. This includes any new released icons.

CSS profile codes are $3-$5 to purchase as they include color codes and a bit more effort. Prices are listed on the codes themselves. Once purchased, you are free to change the color combinations or alter the code so long as the credit remains in tact.

Bases (CC) - TBA
If you wish to purchase bases that I use for personal use or adopt batches, I offer $10 per pose type per gender and $15 per body type for both genders. 

This includes the rights to personal use of images. Commercial use will cost an additional $100 per pose. If you wish to purchase to distribute*/sell adopts, you may purchase the rights for an additional $50 per pose.

I have 6 different poses with 5 different body types and comes with 20+ head shapes as well as all of my skin tones.

Writing Templates (CC by NC-SA)
I have writing templates, prompts, and other exercises to help people develop characters. These are solely for fun, so please do not distribute or use them in commercial works. If you decide to tweak them, any derivatives must be used for free and cannot be sold for a profit.

Adopts (CC)
Occasionally, I may sell adopts for $10-20 each using my bases. I maintain the sole copyright and intellectual copyrights, but you are free to make any changes or alterations to the art or create a new character out of it, once you own the rights-to-use. Any adopt can also be sold for more than purchase price. Any adopt can be sold to blacklisted users via indirect sale.

Use of work cannot be revoked for any reason. 

If you wish to use any design in commercial use, I charge an additional $50 per design. Commercial use is included but not limited to: published works such as web series or cover art, regardless of derivatives, as well as any book sales. Role-plays, fan fictions, or anything posted on websites such as Quotev or Wattpad do not fall into this category.

I reserve the rights to refuse sale of commercial use for adopts created using my own species.

Writing Services (SA)
I can write and edit copy at a fixed rate per words. Rates are rounded by words.

Proofreading - finding basic grammatical and spelling mistakes
You maintain sole copyright and intellectual property rights.
50 cents per 100 words

Copy-editing - proofreading as well as making suggestions to word choice or asking for clarification
You maintain sole copyright and intellectual property rights.
$5 per 250 words.

Character Descriptions - 100 to 250 word character summaries
$5 per existing character*
$10 per new character**

Character Profile - helping designing character profiles like the ones found at Kadrina
$10 per every 500 words per existing character*
$20 per every 500 words per new character**

Note: I will not do your homework.

*You maintain sole copyright and intellectual property rights for existing characters.
**If I am building a character from scratch then I maintain the commercial rights. To use characters in published works such as web series, an additional $25 surcharge will be added. Role-plays, fan fictions, or anything posted on websites such as Quotev or Wattpad do not fall into this category.

I reserve the rights to refuse sale of commercial use if my writing overlaps with my own commercial use of characters.

Tangible Goods 
I may occasionally sell tangible goods including but not limited to: paintings, stuffies/plush toys, knitted articles of clothing, etc. on my Etsy store.  Prices will be listed at the time of posting. 

All tangible goods are final sale and will come with a tracking number. As a seller, it is my duty to inform you of any defects or issues prior to sending the item to you along with pictures. At this time, if you wish to be refunded, I will refund you, but otherwise, no refunds will be issued unless the package is severely damaged in transit and item is returned to me.

Note: If you or your loved ones are allergic to cats or dogs, please do not buy my products. All items come from an animal-friendly home.

Other Services
Occasionally, I may offer other services such as, but not limited to: tutoring, consulting, personal assistant tasks, etc.

All work will be under contractual basis and at a rate of $40/hour.

I accept Paypal, Venmo, or Amazon gift cards.

All tangible goods should be purchased through my Etsy shop.

Blocks & Blacklisting
I do not contact anyone on this account. I expected to be contacted first on either my threads, PMs here, or email at [email protected]
If I have you blocked on Kadrina, please do not directly contact me yourself on here to avoid breaking the rules.
In fact, I recommend refraining from using any of my works.

If you have me blocked on any account, you are free to use anything that falls under the CC BY-SA label, but I will not sell to you.
It is basically as long as you DO NOT interact with me, I could care less.

The only people blacklisted from sales are those who perform charge-backs, claimed my IP as their own, or block-evaded.
All reasons are listed below for transparency, but I would really prefer not to witch hunt. 

Re: Block-Evasion
You won't be put on the blacklist for contacting me on a friend's behalf.
This is just for people who posted on a love-kadrina thread after being blocked by or blocking Kadrina.
They are not bad people (I am pretty sure, at least). It is only there so I don't break the rules, please and thank you.

All the character theft is 7+ years old (and on different sites) at this point and done when the offenders were young and stupid.
It is really water-under-the-bridge and not PSA-worthy. I just do not feel comfortable letting them have access to my stuff again.
So I would really appreciate them not.

If you still wish to purchase from me after the fact and opt to use a proxy, your friend will assume the responsibility, if something happens.
I don't have time to chase around friends and figure out who knows who. Nor do I frankly care. I am just trying to limit contact.
So if you are proxying for someone else, I highly recommend you reconsider.
