Please do not be rude in any way. If you follow, please genuinely like my art and/or character designs. What I ask for, is to please do not steal my characters, reference them, trace, or anything with them. As well as my art. I will always try to respond if I can :)

Wary

You may interact, but I will be wary of you if:

• joke too much and I don't realize. I don't really realize when people are joking when they don't put something like '/j'. And if u joke like im ur friend or im close when im not, it's kinda, weird.
• are unclear of what you're saying or if I don't understand what your talking about.
• compliment too much, flattering, etc. a little is ok, it makes me feel good, but too much is just cringe, and i don't like it at all.
• Act like i know you when i don't.
• uses AI and CLAIMS it as ur own work /etc. technically on the DNI.

Permissions when you interact with me, character permission, and ToS

You may not

You may not do any of the following:

• Use AI and claim it as ur art and submit it to my gallery. Draw extreme gore or NSFW.
• Steal, reference, trace, etc- my art and characters.
• say anything weird, swear(keep it at a minimum if you do/if it's a habit)
• expose other's, such as personal information /etc.
• rude and spam. please do not spam.
• sell adopts by me for higher than what you got it for without additional art at a reasonable price.
• claiming my designs as yours.

You may

You may do any of the following:

• draw gift art. its definetly appreciated on my b-day.
• notify me when you trade / sell a character. (MUST) but you don't have to if you give it away for free as a gift or something, but inform them of my ToS.
• draw ship arts. ship my characters, but some have specific ones shiped to them. i do not ship my characters with other people's characters unless i say otherwise.
• minimum nude is fine. and minimum gore/etc. but keep it to a MINIMUM
• post characters you own that are made/designed by me offsite. BUT YOU MUST CREDIT.

ToS: (Some parts are expressed in the 'may' and 'may not' lists)

When having one of my designs or art pieces, you must:

• Credit me. and credit me properly. if offsite, go to resite.link/xuluECZ and see if i have an account on that website, if not, link credits to my toyhouse, Catrosi. Please keep it on sites such as scratch, toyhouse, and artfight mainly.
  • Notify me, or tell me in some way that your going to trade or sell it, i will approve(most of the time, yes) but if it is unreasonable, i will not approve it. You do not have to if you are going to give it away for free to someone else, as long as the character has a toyhouse and that person ur giving it to has a toyhouse that you transfer to. to keep tract of them.
  • If you win a DTA character, offsite, onsite, whatever, if it's by me, you may: return it if not wanted any longer or sell it / trade it for similar value. the original art piece by me do not have value to it, and the art by others that entered including animations/etc DOES NOT have value to it either. only your art you add may increase values or art you got of it that is not for free but payed for / etc.
  • if you get an OTA character, if you trade/sell/etc, you cannot trade /etc for higher than it is worth unless it has extra art with it that costs and at a reasonable price.
  • You must finish your side of the payment before the design you had offered for is yours. i do not scam and will keep that promise. i do not like people who scam as well.
  • doing an design trade with me, the official design and art itself has a value of zero, you have a one week cool down before you can trade them away again. in addition, you must add at least one art piece to it, either by you, or by another person. the art that is added must not be free, meaning it must have value in order for the design to halve any value. tho you can do freebie trades with it, that still has a cool down of a week beforehand.
  • doing an art trade with me, the offical value of the art piece is zero. no matter what form of art it is, it has a value of zero.
  • Do NOT claim my work to be yours, NEVER remove my watermark in anyway possible.
  • if u get a design from design fight, it has no value to it. unless u attack me back or something then we can discuss the value of each to be equivalent or keep it the way it is, no value until u add other art pieces to it. same goes for how you obtained it in ways such as artfight. if i attack you /etc in artfight, that art piece also has a value of zero to it.
  • if you get a design or art piece from raffle, or something similar, for basically free, then it has no value to it. the base value is 0 until you add to it that has value.
