Giving my design away with ought my permission: Temporary 

Giving my design away to someone who is blacklisted KNOWINGLY: Temporary (usually a year since it's kinda big), or permanently

Copying my design knowingly: Permanently

If you are caught making someone else enter an event for you (whether it be an adopt, raffle, or even freebie), it will result in them being blacklisted and your blacklisted time increasing

Owning my designs

-When owning my designs, you must agree to these terms
"I will not trade OR give away your designs with ought your consent"

"I will not trade or give away your designs to people who are blacklisted"

-You are allowed to redesign my designs, just remember to redesign, not create a whole new character. I will post a link soon of what I consider straying too far away from the original design

Referencing/Copying my designs

-Color picking is allowed, as long as the design you have created is different than mine

-Referencing my characters is only allowed when drawing art for my characters, whether it be fan art or owed art

-If you are caught copying my character, you will be blacklisted. You are allowed to take inspiration, just please do not completely copy them

Trading

-Designs I made and have traded to you cannot be traded with ought my knowledge. I will most likely be fine with it, just tell me beforehand

-When trading, I would ask that you get the design to me in a week

Blacklisted users/Being blacklisted

-Blacklisted users are not allowed to participate in any event (whether it be an adopt or raffle, or even a freebie) that I am hosting while they are blacklisted

-Blacklisted users can be blacklisted temporarily or permanently

-These are ways you could be blacklisted (along with how long you will be blacklisted)
