Terms of Services

The follow clarifies what can or can not be done with designs made by myself.

Breaking these terms may get you blacklisted.

Definitions of Commission Types:

Adopts - Character designs pre-made by me

Breedables - Character designs made by me, based on 1-2 characters of mine as their 'parents'

Customs - Character designs made by me based on a description or image you provide

Hypos - Character designs made by me based on 2 characters of yours or a character of yours and a friend's as their 'parents'

Adopts, Breedables, and Hypos

Do not sell or re-home before 2 weeks have passed - If you are getting it to gift to someone, just let me know and who it is for when purchasing

Try to inform me of sales or re-homing up to 1 month after purchase/trade (so I do not think they are stolen)

Do not resell for more than you paid, unless more art is included

If you traded for or were given a design you may only trade/gift it, unless you purchase more artwork for it.

If you resell, trade or gift, you MUST let them know who to credit for the original design and image.

Pass along the estimated value of the design and any art you sell/trade/gift with it.

Do not alter significantly. Just keep it recognizable when next to an older image. Feel free to change breeds/species, or make into Anthros.

Keep the original image from me with the other artwork you get or make - especially if you change breed/species/make anthro

If you sell, trade, or gift, please make sure they are aware of this ToS for resell and designs.

Customs

Do not resell the custom for more than you paid unless more art is included

Do not sell/re-home the custom for 2 weeks after you get it. - If you are getting one as a gift just let me know and who it is for.

Try to inform me of sales or re-homing up to 1 month after purchase/trade (So I don't think its stolen)

If selling, please pass along proper credits for the original custom and it's value along with that of any newer art you have.

Alters are allowed, just keep the original image from me untouched, and keep it with any new art.

If you sell, trade, or gift, please make sure they are aware of the ToS for the design.

Re-sells/Trades

Characters made by someone else that are in my possession and looking for a new home

Check out the creator when you purchase/trade for the character for their ToS

Do not re-sell them for more than you paid unless you got more art, or the original artist's ToS says it is ok.

If you trade for a character that already has art, feel tree to resell for the estimated value I give you or for an estimated value after talking to the artists who made the art.

Check our the creators of the art pieces - trust me they deserve some attention they rock!

If you are getting one of them as a gift, let me know who you are giving them too, and MAKE SURE to pass along the ToS

Do not significantly alter characters. Making more detailed or realistic versions is fine, but be respectful of the original artists

Art Commissions

When selling a character that has art from me, try not to oversell it. Only add how much you paid to the value! <3

Keep me credited when you share the artwork, if you can link and you do that means a lot!

Not following ToS intentionally or repeatedly will get you blacklisted.

All users who buy from me will be requested to avoid giving or selling anything to you.

I will also avoid doing any business with you in the future.

DO NOT give, sell, or trade with people on my blacklist!
