General Warnings/BYI

• Some content/trigger warnings to be aware of for both possible profile content and characters includes but is not limited to the following:
• Self-Harm, S*icide, Bright Colors, Gore, Possession, Animatronics, Body Horror, and Unethical Experimentation
• Not all characters/images may be tagged so view at your own risk! (Though I will try my best to tag them all)
• Please use tone indicators where applicable. Helps a bunch. :)

Rules

•  If you have to question whether or not you should say something, just don't say it. Spare yourself the embarrassment.
• My art may not be used for any purpose without my consent. 
• I appreciate anything made for any of my characters but please, if you wouldn't show it to your neighbor's kid, don't show it to me. I am a minor!!
• Please do not sell/trade designs to anyone on my blacklist. While I technically cannot stop you, it makes things awkward.
• I do not currently have a blacklist! Please help me keep it that way!

ToS (Under construction)

• All characters in "The Market" are fcfs. If someone posts before you, they gain priority.
• There is a 48 hour hold guard. You have that amount of time to either start the transaction or respond before you lose your hold and the character goes back up for trade/sale. If a transaction has started to any degree by the time your hold ends, this does not apply. 
• Once the transaction is complete, there will be NO refunds. (Exclusions on a case-by-case basis)
• Do not claim any design you obtain from me as your own. First offence is a design ban for 6 months, second offence is a blacklist. If you just forgot to add credit, just do it and we can move on.
• All adopts/designs may not be sold/traded for more than you paid/traded for unless there have been extra add-ons since then to raise its value.
• As I have yet to take paid commissions, I ask that any art given by me is not put towards a character's total value until further notice.

DNI

• Basic DNI critera (No homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, albeism, zoophilia, etc.)
• Think faking mental health conditions is ok/is "quirky". Please stop. Like, don't even finish the warning just leave./srs
• If you are a legal adult. (Exclusions include business-related communications. Profile comments are also fine.)
• If you support problematic creators. By this, I don't mean DNI if you enjoy their content. Irdc if you do. I mean DNI if you support them as a person. 
• Are a person who thinks the word "moist" shouldn't be eradicated from the english language/j
