Hallow-Vale

Deep in thicket of the darkest most feared forest, a forest said to be haunted by hundreds of spirits, lays the valley village of Hallow-Vale. Ruled over by the Hallow monarch, Hallow-Vale is home to freaks, magic geeks, and just plain weirdoes. The few who have encountered the town and ran in fear call it. "The Halloween Town". They aren't far off.
