Deep in thicket of the darkest most feared forest, a forest said to be haunted by hundreds of spirits, lays the valley village of Hallow-Vale. Ruled over by the Hallow monarch, Hallow-Vale is home to freaks, magic geeks, and just plain weirdoes. The few who have encountered the town and ran in fear call it. "The Halloween Town". They aren't far off. Little Spooky just so happens to be a member of the Hallow Monarch! Spooky is the beloved Princess of Hallow-Vale, known for her mischievous nature and love of sweets. Everything is a fun little game for Spooky!

Spooky possesses some supernatural powers, but no one is certain of what these powers are, who knows the limits of her powers. She isn't one to show them off in pride, rather she uses her powers to mess with you. With a snap of her finger she will turn your fine fabrics into old torn burlap, or she will surround you with visions of things that creep you out, skeletons? Spiders? But Spooky isn't malicious, she won't hurt you. She just likes getting a good laugh out of scaring and messing with others.
