Hiii, this is a little late but I've decided to temporarily ban https://toyhou.se/Sky_Soars for a chargeback issue. Until the issue is resolved, please refrain from selling or trading my adopts to them ^^ this situation is deemed temporary because the event happened before i set a firm rule on chargebacks
I've also decided to renew my TOS, cleaning up the words to hopefully make it easier to read and adding new rules, such as:
New rules and changed rules-----------
1. No chargebacks nor refunds. Unauthorized payments will result in a permanent ban (new rule)
Please only use your own paypal or paypal you have been authorized to use. If the chargeback is over a character, the character will be taken from you and resold. The only way that I wont ban you is that if the chargeback was not made by you or family members (problem with bank, etc). In said case, the person has 2 month to solve the chargeback issue, via solving the issue on the bank or paying me back, before getting banned permanently
4. Regarding changing my designs! (changed rule)
I'm fine with color palette, removing/adding accessories, changing species, etc, etc as long as it isn't problematic, you dont need to ask. However I'd be very much delighted if you inform me i am interested in seeing the redesign (genuine interest) and i'd shower you with much praise and love (genuine). Race and skin color changes are okay since my adoptables are generally race-less and genderless. All I ask is when I do give my designs an identity (Race, sexuality, gender, etc), please do not change them.

1. Holds and backing out.
I can do holds for a maximum for 2 weeks and it must be done with a minimum of 25% upfront payment! This upfront payment will not be returned if you fail to pay. You can request a refund for the upfront payment within 24 hours of the transfer.

I feel like my qdopts are lacking something... idk what it is though. I dont think it's bad, it just lacks like a special thing. Like a "oh this is a clerien design" thing. Any criticism for my designs?
