By buying an adopt from me, you've also agreed to:

• Being allowed to use and change the adopt in any way for all purposes except for malicious, illegal, or ill-intent;
• Give a way for me to contact/see you in the future, in case we need to discuss the adopt such as ownership or so that I can see what you do with the design! :D
• Not re-sell the adopt higher than its original price unless significant changes or fanart will be bundled with its reselling;
• Not use the adopt design for merchandising unless agreed upon by the artist and customer subject to the discussion of royalty fees;
• Being allowed to gift the adoptable to anyone, as long as they agree to this TOS; and
• Have read and understood this ToS.

Failure to uphold this ToS after 2 warnings will result in my right to reclaim the adopt and issue a 35% refund.

If interested in buying/offering, please comment on the character's profile so that I may be notified! MANY adopts are Offer to Adopts, more on money offers first (to which there is a fixed price), fanart of equal value being secondary, and costume design adopts are tertiary. A combination of those three to match the monetary value is also possible! Please check the characters carefully if they are OTA or not!

Please pay the full amount before I release your new adopt via a google drive link! You will be provided with a transparent and unwatermarked version of the adopt, alongside any goodies if it's been bundled.
