Brother and a smartass. Ramona was never too close with Julius, but he was always her favorite brother because he never bothered her... until he needed her services. Having grown as a person at that point, Ramona tried reconnecting with him. They are still very formal but Ramona looks after Julius and has taken him in as a project to work on while figuring her own shit out.
