Penny finds him exhilarating to be around ever since they met on Jiva's quest. They got along very well, and she would love to work with him sometime in the future if their paths ever cross. Although Phantom is unaware, Penny teases Yugo often about his crush on Phantom. She fully supports them as a couple, even though after Tally's death it hurts to see others in happy relationships.
Phantom finds Penny really cool. The two of them hit it off well on Jiva's quest, and constantly competed at every opportunity. Phantom would love to hang out with her and the other Allures more in the future, but his experience with Oropo made him distrusting and more reserved. He finds it difficult to jump back into their old friendship, but still treasures their bond.
Casal finds Emyra's strange compliments endearing. At first, they started off as friends, but Casal later developed romantic feelings for her. He felt that he didn't deserve her kindness or love, so he didn't initiate anything other than friendly interactions. With her help, he became a more confident person and has nothing but praise to say about her
Emyra adores Casal. At first, she was just intrigued by him being a dragon, and wanted to study his bone and muscle structures. After a while, they became actual friends, and Emy became more and more attached to him, but no longer wanting to dissect him. She worried that her being undead, and her strange hobbies would disgust him and push him away. These self-doubts only got worse as she developed romantic feelings for him. As they got closer and closer, she started feeling less worried. Although her compliments are unordinary, what she has to say has all the best intentions
Jaspen doesn’t know him very well. She thinks he’s stupid, headstrong, and reckless. Jaspen finds his curiosity about the World of Twelve annoying. He talks too much. She wants him to have more respect for her as the new queen.
Wraith looks up to her… sort of. He doesn’t see her as an authority figure, but as an older friend. He does truly believe her to be the queen though, and has full allegiance. Most of her passive-agressive comments go over his head, so he isn’t too bothered.
Jaspen sees Karana as an annoying little kid. She thinks that she’s been coached by Yugo that she’s evil, and can’t stand her. She has no interest in speaking with her. Jaspen feels deeply uncomfortable with how much Kara’s tone, values, and techniques are similar to Yugo. Jaspen would never hurt her, but she is admittedly rude to Kara.
Karana sees Jaspen as an obstacle in her way. To Kara, Jaspen is a problem that needs to be corrected. She hates how Jaspen belittles her and doesn’t follow rules. Kara does not believe that Jaspen is the queen. If she was powerful enough, she would fight Jaspen herself, tie her up, and drag her back to Baltazar with her objective complete. However, a part of Kara yearns for the mentor-like relationship that she had with them in their past life. When Kara was young, they wanted to be part of the Scout's disciples, but their dreams were made impossible by the start of the second mechasm war and Jaspen's rebirth.
Jaspen and Garcie get along well. At first they didn’t get along, partially since Jaspen was more focused on other things than making friends, but once they got to understand eachother they became good friends. Jaspen prefers to work with her when she can.
Jaspen and Garcie get along well. At first, Garcie had no intention of becoming her friend, and ignored her completely. As they got to know eachother, they became good friends. Garcia enjoys her presence, and although they disagree on most topics, they’re near inseparable.
No strong opinions. They haven’t had enough time to connect. Doesn’t see what Cas sees in her. If anything, Jaspen thinks Emy is kind of annoying.
Emyra thinks Jaspen is bossy. They haven’t had time to properly connect, so all Emy sees is Jaspen’s fragile mental state after Tally’s death. She prefers talking to Casal, but doesn’t mind working with her.
Jaspen finds him to be an interesting person. He’s fun to talk to and enjoys fighting alongside him in battle. She thinks they work well together as a team. Jaspen is uncomfortable with the fact that he used to be into her, but prefers it isn’t mentioned.
Leif really likes her. He relates to her a lot, but also finds comfort in their contrast. Leif used to have a crush on her but gave up after she told him she was a lesbian. His main draw was her stubbornness and snappy attitude, finding it refreshing after leaving a sheltered upbringing. He can't say his feelings have completely died, but he has definitely moved on.
Jaspen loves her. She had a crush on her for three years before they got together, and cherished every minute with her. Jaspen believes her to be the only constant in her life, with everything else shifting as she finds out more about her people. After Tally’s death, Jaspen was crushed and doesn’t feel capable of romantic feelings. She feels almost numb. Jaspen believed Tally to be the only pure being in the world. After Tally's death, Penny takes up gardening and grows a patch of white lillies, Tally's favorite flower, both as a memoir and just to feel something.
Tally loves Jaspen. She had a crush on her since they were very young, but she doesn’t remember exactly when. Tally frequently worries about Both Jaspen’s physical and mental health. She wants to help in any way she can but feels limited by her power. She is defenseless, and useless without others to protect her. Tally did not want to die but left almost happy that she was able to help Jaspen in some way. Her greatest wish was to have a simple and happy life that included Penny in every minute of it.
Jaspen doesn’t know what to feel about her adoptive mother. After Rima dissapeared, she was left alone and over time began to believe that she had been abandoned. After freeing her mother from Harebourg’s capture, she slowly started to forgive her mother. She doesn’t see their relationship fully evolving into a normal parent/child bond, but she’s willing to try. She will forever hold a grudge that Rima was the one who gave Tally her curse but tries very hard to forgive her since Penny understands that it wasn't her intention for things to end the way they did. She still sees Rima as her mother, and is very glad that the entire Allure family is back together again.
Rima feels guilty. After 12 years of being away from her daughter, she wants to walk back in like it’s normal. Jaspen grew up without her, and she almost doesn’t recognize her. She wants to get closer to Jaspen and to restore their bond, but it’s an upwards battle. Rima fears it may be impossible. Even after she is accepted by Alibert and the other Allure children, she still feels out of place in her own family and like she can never be enough for Penny. Rima was the one who gave her the nickname 'Penny.'
Jaspen loves her brother, but feels a disconnect from him. Although they were inseparable when they were younger, Tally’s death shook her badly, and she believes Casal could never understand her. She feels alone, but makes no effort to fix things between them and talk about their issues. She knows about Cas’s debilitating abandonment issues, yet pretends she doesn’t to make him feel less embarrassed about it.
Casal loves his sister with all of his heart, but she pushes him away. He wants to help her in any way he can, but is unsure wether his motivations are because he genuinely wants to help or to save himself from his abandonment issues. Cas believes that if he had to be stuck with one person for the rest of his life, it would be Jaspen.
