This entire folder is explicit. It is a hospital where dubious behaviour and experiments take place. There are very heavy and prominent medical themes like blood, syringes, etc. The safest character here is Iris (one of my mains) but even she has some minor candy gore (she is a zombie after all).
I do not agree with or condone the actions of the characters.

- more realistic gore isn't as common
- Violence and abuse:
- drug/alchohol/substance use and abuse
- some physical/emotional abuse
- Mental Illnesses (Depression, Anxiety, etc.)
- Unhealthy relationships/ behaviour
- Obsessive behaviour

On the top of a cute little hill in the ghost town of Fortnox lies an abondoned gothic hospital/cathedral. The west wing of the medical center is where the mentally unstable are confined, or at least thats what it was for when it was still active...
Not much is known of the head doctor and all those "employed" under him are of dubious origin.
The patients come from all walks of life, most of which do not belong in such a place. Often they are innocent people preyed upon by the head nurse hungry for a live patient.

doctor The Doctor is the one running this shit show, if you wanna see him you're gonna have to get through his nurse first...
nurse during your stay you will mostly be cared for by the nurses. They are here to take care of you. Don't be scared, they won't bite... probably.
inpatient every doctor needs patients to care for. These patients, however, are doomed to remain here with us forever.
