My T.O.S. is basically just to make sure to credit me for my art and original design of the character. I'd also prefer it if the character's design isn't changed to the point their almost unrecognizable because that defeats the purpose of getting an already designed character. That and to not resale the character for more then you bought it for unless additional art is added to them that is not my own.
